Pathetic App. Zero Customer Care. I had booked Park Hopper tickets for Singapore. The money has been deducted, but I haven't received the tickets. There is no reply from the Customer Care.

Used this app to book a buffet at a hotel during the busy Christmas season and the transaction was very easy and efficient. The app also indicated any further instructions we need to do, like calling the hotel to reserve the seats. Instructions are detailed, and the app is very convenient and easy to use. The choices are not as extensive as other apps yet, but the interface is very friendly and easy to use. I recommend exploring and using this app!

Horrible app. This app indicated that credit card payment failed. So try to made purchase again.which failed again. To my horror, 2 same vouchers were bought when I only want to purchase one Have LINE them my demand for refund for one voucher yesterday but no acknowledgement. Poor customer service
waiting for refund. they insist they did the refund. requested for proof. given me a proof of transaction but the transaction was unsuccessful. request to do a direct refund to my account or collect cash in their singapore office. no reply for that week. i'm giving them till end of oct to settle, will approach the korean tourist police for help if no reply from them.
싱가폴에서 사용을해본 결과 현지에서 할인 티켓 사는게 더 저렴한것도 많으니 잘 비교해봐야할거같네요. 예약된거 갑자기 취소되고 이유도 이야기안해주고 환불만 해주면 뭐든게 끝나나요? 그것땜에 일정 망가지고 별 하나도 아깝네요.
